Okay, back to all the cuteness. Which one is your favorite? It’s hard for me to choose. But, the worm and lady bug are pretty special.

Using Stampin’ Blends makes coloring super easy. Those alcohol markers are so easy to use and blend. The color just glides on the paper.

Over the Moon Waterfall Card

Over the Moon Waterfall Card

Let’s have some fun today with the Over the Moon stamp set. The playful little cows in the set will put on smile on everyone’s face. Even better, I’ve used the cows to create an easy waterfall fancy fold.

Over the Moon, Waterfall Card, Susan Levasseur, WOW NOLA Creations, Stampin' Up!

I learned the fold from fellow demonstrator, Cindy Brumbaugh with Cindy LeeBee Designs. Thanks Cindy for the great tutorial. Today, I’ld love to share my version with that stinking cute Over the Moon set.

Over the Moon, Waterfall Card, Susan Levasseur, WOW NOLA Creations, Stampin' Up!

Each image in the set is cuter than the last. And the sentiments in the Over the Moon set are fun and quirky. My color palette is Very Vanilla, Merry Merlot and Daffodil Delight. Coloring the images with the Stampin’ Write Markers was fun and relaxing.

Over the Moon, Waterfall Card, Susan Levasseur, WOW NOLA Creations, Stampin' Up!

I alternated the panels from Daffodil Delight to Merry Merlot, creating the perfect backdrop for each of the little cows.

Over the Moon, Waterfall Card, Susan Levasseur, WOW NOLA Creations, Stampin' Up!

I just love the cow with the boots, holding the sweet flower. It truly is “udderly fantastic”. Cindy had a great idea using the Scallop Tag Topper punch to create the pull for the waterfall. Want to learn how to create this card? Here’s a FREE video tutorial.

Sailing Home Four Panel Fancy Fold

Sailing Home Four Panel Fancy Fold

Ready for some fun? The Sailing Home Four Panel Fancy Fold is the card for you. It’s a great “statement” card, but oh so easy to create. And, once you learn this fold, you can use it with so many sets for lots of occasions.

Sailing Home, Four Panel Fancy Fold, Susan Levasseur, Stampin' Up!

WOW, right? The Sailing Home bundle will fast become your go-to for creating mascuine cards. I love the rustic look. Because there is a 12-piece die and stamp set, it makes creating beautiful cards a breeze.

Sailing Home, Four Panel Fancy Fold, Susan Levasseur, Stampin' Up!

When creating the card, I altered the standard size of the first panel so the lighthouse could be seen. Don’t you just love how all Stampin’ Up! products coordinate. No searching for this and that. More time to create. I call that a win-win.

Sailing Home, Four Panel Fancy Fold, Susan Levasseur, Stampin' Up!

Choosing a color combo was easy. I love the deep rich colors of Soft Suede and Night of Navy. Then adding a pop of Balmy Blue the scene came to life.

Sailing Home, Four Panel Fancy Fold, Susan Levasseur, Stampin' Up!

I wanted to add some texture to the stamped circle. The net die in the Under the Sea set was perfect. I cut one out of Soft Suede. Cutting it in half, I was able to use it on two of the panels. The Sailing Home bundle goes great with the Under the Sea bundle. Check it out for yourself.

Sailing Home, Four Panel Fancy Fold, Susan Levasseur, Stampin' Up!

You can’t be sailing home without a sailboat. I stamped both of the images in the set, colored them with my blends and they were ready to die cut. Friend Like You Z-Fold

Friend Like You Z-Fold

Don’t miss all the possibilies with the Friend Like You Bundle in our Annual Catalog. This set is a great scene builder. Today’s card was inspired with the view outside my studio window. My home is surrounded by water. The Mississippi River to the back and the marsh in the front.

Friend Like You Z-Fold, Susan Levasseur, WOW NOLA Creations

The marsh is filled with Cypress trees, cattails, lots of water and yes, gators.  One of the trees in the Rotted in Nature set reminds me of those trees.

Friend Like You Z-Fold, Susan Levasseur, WOW NOLA Creations

I needed a backdrop to pull things together. That’s where the Mosaic Mood Specialty Designer Series Paper came in. That paper pack is gorgeous. The sunny splash of color was perfect.

Friend Like You Z-Fold, Susan Levasseur, WOW NOLA Creations

Dashing Deer Z-Fold

Dashing Deer Z-Fold

When I found out that the Dashing Deer stamp set was going to carry over to our new Annual Catalog, I think I squealed! I love not only the stamp set, but the dies are the bomb. I thought it was time for a fun fold. This time a little twist on the traditional Z-fold.

Dashing Deer Z-Fold

Sometimes people are intimated with a fancy fold. I promise this one is easy. When you order your Dashing Deer stamp set, be sure to add the Detailed Deer dies. You’ll want those to die cut that gorgeous copper foil deer.

Dashing Deer Z-Fold

I didn’t have any Christmas DSP. But, no worries, Perennial Essence DSP to the rescue. One of the sheets has a fabulous green foilage image. That design is the perfect backdrop for my Dashing Deer.

Dashing Deer Z-Fold

The z-fold is perfect for display. With just a few score lines and a couple of pieces of cardstock, you’re on your way.

Dashing Deer Z-Fold

Because I embosssed everything in Copper, the card really says Christmas to me. And that Woodland Embossing Folder helped to make my Dashing Deer look right at home.

Dashing Deer Z-Fold

Lucky me, the set contains some lovely “innie” and “outie” sentiments. Don’t you just love that? Let me show you how quick and easy this card really can be.

Here’s how the magic happens.

Tri-Fold Shutter Card with To A Wild Rose

Tri-Fold Shutter Card with To A Wild Rose

Welcome! I’ve got a fabulous fancy fold for you today. It’s a tri-fold shutter card. At first glance it looks a little complicated. But, if you break it down step by step, it truly is not. First of all, I always start things off by creating a template. That template is always with inexpensive white cardstock, that I purchase by the ream. You’re killing two birds with one stone. As a result, you have a template for future use and you haven’t messed up your beautiful Stampin’ Up! papers.

Tri-fold Shutter Card featuring To A Wild Rose Bundle, Stampin' Up!

Isn’t this just fabulous? I’m loving all the dimension and interest in the tri-fold shutter card. Because I used the Woven Threads DSP, I think the card has a soft, old world sort of look. Those lovely papers include all the new 2019-2021 in-colors. Each is lovlier than the next.

Tri-fold Shutter Card featuring To A Wild Rose Bundle, Stampin' Up!

One tip I would love to share – use your Stamparatus with this set. Don’t have one? Well, you need one. It’s a fabulous stamp positioning tool that makes stamping two and three step stamps a breeze. Don’t worry, in the free video tutorial at the end of this post, I’ll show you how easy that tool can be to use.

Tri-fold Shutter Card featuring To A Wild Rose Bundle, Stampin' Up!

More good news to share. Our Tin Time 3D embossing folder is back in stock. That’s what I used to give those embossed panels the texture we all love. There is just so much to love about that gorgeous rose. The 3-step stamping adds fabulous color variation. Smoky Slate is a great neutral in lieu of black. And last, but not least there is a die in the bundle to cut many of the images. Can’t get too much better than that.

Tri-fold Shutter Card featuring To A Wild Rose Bundle, Stampin' Up!

Above all, decorating the panels of the tri-fold shutter card was easy. All I had to do was keep some of the off cuts. No waste, you can use those to create the panels in the center of the tri-fold.

Tri-fold Shutter Card featuring To A Wild Rose Bundle, Stampin' Up!

Finally, my color combination is Rococo Rose, Smoky Slate and Seaside Spray, with a hint of Mint Macaron. What do you think?
